Review your settings
- Open Settings → Privacy.
- Review the available profile visibility or lock setting.
- Choose audiences for supported profile fields and follower/following lists.
- Review who may tag or mention you and who may send messages.
- Save your choices and check the result before leaving the screen.
Understand profile locks
A locked profile requires approval for new follow requests and limits what non-followers can see. An account block takes priority over ordinary audience settings. Unlocking does not necessarily make every field or post public; review the remaining audience choices separately. Some privacy controls may be unavailable under the platform's current feature policy.
Choose fields carefully
A public name, biography, location, website or contact detail can be copied by viewers. Your identity documents, password and private verification answers are not public profile fields. Do not put them in your biography or send them through an ordinary support message. Use the secure application when documents are requested.
