What account deletion removes Your profile, photos, videos, reels, stories, comments, sent messages, follows, saved posts and other activity. Business pages, communities and Panchayats you own will close. You will be signed out on every device.
Deletion is permanent. Other accounts saved on your device are not deleted.
Subscriptions and payments Account deletion does not automatically cancel Apple or Google subscriptions. Manage any store subscription to prevent future charges. You can delete your account without waiting for a subscription to expire.
Upmanch requests cancellation of recurring website verification subscriptions. Refunds and any remaining promotion credit are handled separately through support.
Processing and limited retention Your account access and public content are removed when the request is accepted. Uploaded files are queued for secure removal after existing upload links expire. Requests normally finish within 30 days; we email confirmation when processing completes.
Payment and tax records, fraud and security audit history, child-safety consent records and information under a legal hold may be retained where required. These records are restricted and are not used to keep your account active. Retention depends on the applicable obligation; contact us for details about your records.
Restricted backups expire under the backup retention schedule. Deletion must be reapplied if a backup is restored. Copies independently saved by other people or services cannot be recalled.
