Block unwanted contact
- Open the person's profile or the conversation options.
- Choose Block and review the confirmation.
- If the content also breaks platform rules, report it separately with the relevant context.
What blocking does
Account blocks prevent supported messaging and interactions and limit access according to Upmanch's privacy rules. Typing and online activity are not shared between blocked conversation participants. Blocking a person is different from a community team blocking membership in one community. Neither action removes copies someone already obtained.
Review and stay safe
Use the available blocked-account controls to unblock if you choose. Unblocking does not automatically send a message. For an unfamiliar incoming chat, read the warning and decide whether to accept or block. Do not send money, passwords or identity documents to someone merely because they display a badge. If there is immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service; Upmanch support is not an emergency response channel.
