Who can join
Upmanch registration is for people aged 13 or older. Ages 13–17 require verified consent from a parent or lawful guardian before an account can be created or enabled. The guardian must be an adult with authority to act for the young person. Do not enter false age details or use the child's own email as the guardian's.
Complete the requested checks
- Start registration with the correct date of birth.
- Follow the child-email and separate guardian-email steps shown.
- The guardian completes the requested consent and private evidence process through the secure link.
- Wait for the review result and follow any request for additional information.
Get help or withdraw consent
A guardian can request help with the consent process or withdrawal through the provided management route or support. Withdrawal can deactivate the linked young person's account and revoke access. It does not silently erase every required safety or consent record. Report a suspected underage account or child-safety concern promptly through the appropriate reporting channel. Do not send sensitive evidence in an ordinary email unless directed to a suitable secure process.
