Create an account and verify your email

Before you begin

Use an email address you control and a unique password. You must be at least 13. Members aged 13–17 need verified consent from a parent or lawful guardian before an account can be enabled. Enter your real date of birth; it is not a public profile field.

Create your account

1. Choose Sign up and enter the details requested, including your email, username and date of birth.
2. Choose a password that meets the requirements shown and review the Terms and Privacy Policy.
3. If parental consent is required, follow the separate guardian process. A checkbox alone does not complete this review.
4. Open the verification email and follow its link. A valid confirmation signs you in; complete or skip the optional profile setup as offered.

If the email does not arrive

Check spam, junk and any email filtering rules. Confirm that you entered the correct address, then use the verification-email resend option. Allow the displayed cooldown to finish before trying again. An expired or already-used link cannot be reused; request a fresh link. Never share the link or a sign-in code with another person.

1. If you still cannot continue, contact support from the email address you used to register.
2. Include your username if you have one, the approximate time and the error wording. Do not include your password or verification link.
