Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexual exploitation of children, grooming, sexual solicitation, sextortion, trafficking and sexualised depictions of minors are prohibited. This includes synthetic or altered content and attempts to arrange or facilitate abuse. A claim of consent does not make sexual exploitation of a child acceptable.
02Report a safety concern
Use Report on the relevant post, message or profile. Block an account to stop supported contact. You can also contact support@upmanch.com with the username, content link or reference and a description. Do not attach, download or redistribute suspected CSAM. In an immediate emergency, contact local emergency services or the appropriate child protection authority.
03Review and protective action
Upmanch reviews reports and may restrict or remove content, suspend accounts and preserve evidence when required for safety or law. When we become aware of apparent child sexual abuse material or exploitation, we assess and report it to the appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable law. Access to sensitive reports and evidence is limited to authorised personnel.
04Age and privacy safeguards
Accounts are unavailable to children under 13. People aged 13–17 must complete the supported parental-consent process. Never publish a child’s private contact details, school, precise location or identity documents. Report accounts that appear to be evading age or consent safeguards.
05Child safety contact and appeals
The Upmanch safety contact is support@upmanch.com. Use “Child safety” in the subject for a concern about child sexual abuse or exploitation. A person affected by a moderation decision may request review through support. Do not evade restrictions while review is pending.
