Identity review and your verified badge

Track a submitted application, respond to requests and understand badge eligibility.

Payment and review are separate

The normal application flow saves your details and documents before checkout and submits them after the server confirms payment. Review does not begin from an unpaid draft. Payment is not a guarantee of approval, and a badge is not an endorsement of everything an account publishes.

Follow your application status

  1. Return to Verification and read the application status and any deadline shown.
  2. If it is a draft or payment is confirmed but submission is incomplete, finish the application or use Retry submission. Do not purchase again.
  3. If the reviewer requests information, provide the requested update through the secure application.
  4. Check the decision and next steps on the same screen. Initial reviews can take up to seven days after submission.

Approval, deadlines and rejection

Older paid-but-incomplete applications may show a 72-hour document deadline. Follow the deadline displayed for your application. The payment-first policy records a refund obligation for rejection, a missed document deadline or an exceeded initial-review window. Google and Apple handle the resulting refund process differently; see the refund guide and current policy.

  • A live public subscriber badge needs approved identity and a current eligible paid period.
  • Sandbox approval remains private and does not create a public badge or live benefits.
  • A rejection may have a reapplication cooldown. Read the reason or contact support; creating another account does not resolve the original payment.
