Membership and promotion spending are different
Under the standard policy, Bids & Promotions requires an approved, active live Upmanch Verified subscription. This gives eligible access to the feature, not free ad spend. Auction availability, supported content, moderation and separate payment requirements still apply. Fewer timeline ads is a viewing benefit, not a promotion credit.
Review a promotion before committing
- Open Promotions & bids and inspect the available placement or auction.
- Choose eligible content you own and read the placement duration, minimum bid, price and payment terms shown.
- Review your bid carefully before confirming it. A bid is not a guarantee of winning or publication.
- If you win, follow the displayed payment and review steps. Check the recorded status before trying a payment again.
Payments and results
Supported native promotion purchases use the app store payment flow. Website promotion payment methods can differ and appear only when configured. Upmanch Verified subscription payments remain separate. Use the transaction history and support channel for a missing payment or credit; never assume a pending payment failed.
- A paid placement does not guarantee followers, sales or a specific result.
- Test or sandbox credit cannot fund a live promotion.
- Promotion content must follow the Community guidelines and Promotion terms.
