Renew, cancel or change a subscription
Manage billing with the store where you subscribed and avoid accidental renewal.

Cancel automatic renewal
- Open the subscription or Verification screen in Upmanch and choose Manage subscription in the store.
- On Android, use Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions and select Upmanch.
- On iPhone or iPad, use Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions and select Upmanch.
- Follow the store's cancellation steps and verify its confirmation and access-end date.
What cancellation changes
Cancelling normally stops the next renewal while the eligible paid period continues until its end. Refunds or revocation can end benefits earlier. When eligibility ends, normal limits apply again. Existing communities and business pages are not automatically deleted solely because the membership expires. Uninstalling Upmanch, signing out or deleting your Upmanch account does not cancel a Google Play or Apple subscription.
Changes and payment problems
Use only plan-change options actually offered by your store and Upmanch. If switching is unavailable, contact support before buying a second subscription. A declined renewal or billing hold can affect benefits; check the store for its payment-recovery action. Do not create a duplicate subscription to recover missing access.
- Manage billing with the same store account used for the purchase.
- Restoring access does not transfer ownership to another Upmanch account.
- The store's renewal date, confirmation and current terms determine the billing schedule.
