Publish an update

1. Open Create post and choose a supported content type.
2. Write your text or select media. Review your caption, crop and any available edit controls.
3. Choose the available audience and comment settings. Add mentions only where the other person's settings allow them.
4. Review the preview, then publish once. Wait for confirmation before starting the same upload again.

Videos and media

Video posts published through the main composer appear as Reels. Use the duration, format and file-size guidance shown in the upload screen. Media must finish uploading and pass platform checks before it can be displayed. Use only content you have the right to share.

• Photo editing changes the upload copy; check that text and important details remain inside the crop.
• A poll is an alternative to media where the composer offers it.
• Only editing tools shown in your installed version are available. Upmanch does not currently provide a full multi-clip video editor.

After publishing

Open your profile or timeline to confirm the post. Use its menu for the actions available to you. Removing content cannot recall screenshots or downloads someone already made. A publishing limit or restricted-feature message explains when the action is unavailable; repeatedly tapping Publish will not override it.
