Explore your timeline and find people

Choose a timeline

Privacy, blocks, moderation and content availability affect every feed. Refreshing does not grant access to a private post.

• For You brings together content available to you. Its order can depend on the platform's current discovery settings.
• Following shows eligible posts from accounts you follow.
• Trending surfaces eligible discussions using activity-based ranking; it is not a promise that every popular post will appear.

Find someone or something

1. Open Explore or the available search control.
2. Search using a username, name or relevant topic. Open the result to check the account or content.
3. Choose Follow to keep up with a person. A locked profile may require their approval.
4. Join a community separately if you want to participate in its discussions; following its creator does not automatically make you a member.

Keep your feed useful

Unfollow accounts you no longer want in Following, save posts you want to revisit and report content that breaks the rules. Ads or sponsored placements are labelled separately. Some discovery options may be unavailable when a feature is paused.
