Appearance and language

1. Open Settings and choose the appearance or theme section.
2. Select an available colour theme and Light, Dark or System appearance.
3. Open the language section to choose an available interface language.
4. Check that the change has saved. Some content, names and help articles remain in the language in which they were written.

Control notifications

Upmanch notification preferences and your phone's notification permissions are separate controls. Both must allow delivery for a supported push notification to appear.

1. Open the notification settings in Upmanch and choose the types you want.
2. In Android or iOS Settings, allow notifications for Upmanch and review sound, lock-screen and focus settings.
3. If offered, register this device or use the notification test action. Keep the app updated.

When an alert is missing

Check connectivity, device permissions, battery restrictions and Do Not Disturb or Focus. Open the Notifications inbox to see whether the activity is present there. A delivery delay does not necessarily mean the underlying activity failed. Contact support if the app reports a registration error after you retry.
